2004 The Capital Steps is a troupe of Congressionbal staffers-turned-comedians who travel the country satirizing the very people and places that once employed them. The Steps perform over 500 concerts a year all over the country - in September it was the Village's turn! As is customary, we took some pictures ... we'll be adding a few by Friday, 9/17.
